For my brand project, I chose a store called Cherry Bomb. This store is located in the unique and funky neighborhood in Atlanta known as Little Five Points. Although there are a lot of independently owned boutiques that carry one –of-a-kind pieces or limited supply items, Cherry Bomb sticks out a little more than their competitor, and it’s not because of their bubble gum colored paint job on the outside. Being a unique store/boutique in L5P does make for some stiff competition, however, Cherry Bomb offers the best variety and allows buyers in all different price ranges the opportunity to shop there. Cherry Bomb offers pieces from designer Betsey Johnson to lower end non name brand items. You can find a unique male section, great sunglasses, and one of the best variety of shoes in the area. What makes Cherry Bomb unique is there variety of items they offer. You can go in there and purchase a $250.00 dress, and then buy matching $30.00 boots. I think that this is one of Cherry Bomb’s strongpoints. They don’t have a narrow demographic of shoppers either. Anyone who is looking for something trendy or something unique can pretty much find it at Cherry Bomb, and find something in their price range. Reading their reviews online, their only downside seems to be the sizes that they carry. As far as shoes and clothes go, they really don’t seem to have that much in stock for the larger sizes. Other than that, people love Cherry Bomb.
