Farewell Address

I thoroughly enjoyed this class with all of you! Paige- Thank you so much for all the great feedback you offered over the semester. The past two classes with you have been enlightening and truly made my experience at GSU much more pleasurable! I have learned so much (shout out to Charles Gary!!!!) and really wished I could have proceeded with the Graphic Design classes! I will be following all of you...make me proud! GET UMMMM! xoxoxoxo

Specialty Item

Here is Cherry Bomb's final project-the specialty item.

Ever been to a store and enjoyed the music they played? Great music can really heighten the shopper's experience. It can put you in a better mood and might even make you shop more! With this in mind I created an exclusive price tag that comes with a promotional music CD included. With a purchase customers can now enjoy the soundtrack of their shopping experience!

Specialty Item

For the next project I get to create a specialty item for Cherry Bomb. I have decided to design a clothing price tag and music cd combined. Here are some cd packaging that I like.

Cherry Bomb Ads FINAL!

I really ended up not changing that much. I tried so hard on the one with the abstract models to be cleaner, after 2 weeks of trying live trace and adjusting it a gazillion times, I had a revelation...just pen tool over it. DUH! So it is much smoother than before. I played with the color a little bit more and am very happy with the result considering this was project was a fast turnaround for us!

Class Collaborative Book, Midpoint

I'll give you the details later, but this is what I have so far...Most likely not going to change to much about it, but...ya never know...

Cherry Bomb Ads...Mid progress.

I was able to help my cousin take some pictures a couple weeks ago for her GRD project so I decided to use them in the ad. Overall, I got good feedback from the midpoint critique so there wont be that much overhauling on this one. I do need to work on the fact is super pixalated, is that even a word.... ITS THE WORST.

Ads that I like

Here are a couple ads that I found in class that I enjoyed. The one with no text is a Meth ad that I have seen on billboards, dating a while back. Although an older ad, I found it to have just as much of an impact today as it did over 5 years ago when I saw it. The AT&T ad with the hands is from a series of ads, all I love...I suggest googling it to see all of them-GORGEOUS. The adoption ad hit a fuzzy place, and I just thought that the ad truly reached out to anyone with a heart, making the ad have a strong impact, and very successful. And the post it ad...thats just hysterical.
